The caterpillar lives to eat as it grows and expands. You can think of the mature caterpillar as the prospective transformational life coaching client, who comes to their first session - ripe for change but needing a helping hand.
As a chrysalis, what was once-a-caterpillar goes through a major process of transformation with all the old parts broken down into a ‘goo’. From this the mature butterfly will emerge.
‘Coaching provides a non-judgmental, open, collaborative and confidential space between coach and client — focusing on the client’s own thoughts, challenges, outcomes and goals.
Transformational coaching is a powerful way of exploring our personal beliefs and values and how these are shaping our experience of life, and our behaviors.
Coaching enables a journey of self-exploration which can give us greater self-awareness, and examine and reshape many areas of life.’

‘So here we are in this final session of life coaching the word weaver and the life weaver at the end of this six-week journey together. We smile, recognising that we both march to the sound of the same drum, finding ourselves laughing in wonder at this great cosmic joke. When we started out I had no idea of where these Life Coaching sessions would lead and interestingly enough it seems that Mandy didn’t either.
In the course of these sessions with me and her work with others, Mandy has also been guided down a path that she was not expecting. We who were looking for help were the catalysts for Life Alchemy. Suddenly turning the leaden and mundane into spiritual gold for us all, who knew that we needed a spiritual life coach? Well, the universal wisdom of the cosmos did, but down here at the coal-face, it has been a delightful surprise, a gift for us all.’

‘Mandy’s coaching helped me to learn a great deal about myself and to delve into emotions in ways I hadn’t considered before.’

‘Life coaching with Mandy has changed my outlook, how I prioritise and my sense of purpose. The sessions came at a point of significant change in my life and as a result, I was able to make significant decisions with confidence.
Mandy is dedicated, a good listener and insightful. She is able to draw out key themes, ask pertinent questions and make helpful observations while allowing you to reach your own conclusions. I have come away feeling settled in myself and more courageous and ambitious. I could not recommend her highly enough!’

‘Mandy is a personable and encouraging life coach. She is genuine and caring. Her strengths are self-awareness, belief in your potential, positivity and encouragement. Mandy’s attentive and non-judgemental approach during our sessions encouraged me to be open and honest and gave me the confidence to make a positive change. Coaching with her will give you a conversation with a great person who is on your side, offering you space for reflection, discovery and clarity!’

‘I was a case study for Mandy when she was training to be a Life Coach. Mandy is a great Life Coach and helped me enormously to look at the problems I was having in a different light. Mandy also helped me to deal with past and present problems in a more positive way. I am so glad that Mandy allowed me to be her case study, as I found her advice and guidance invaluable, and I still use it when times get a little bit difficult. I would highly recommend Mandy as a Life Coach.’
Suzanne, Stockport
‘I had my first session with Mandy not at all convinced that I needed anything she had to offer. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Over the weeks she led me to find the things that were holding me back and what I could do to move forward. I never felt pressurised, instead I felt inspired! Thank you, Mandy!’
Kathy, Scottish Borders
I chose to have a telephone consultation with Mandy so
although I could not see her she is one of those people that when you
talk to her you instantly feel at home and
comfortable which is so important when doing any kind of
life coaching, counselling etc. I just gave her an awful lot of
information which she expertly picked up on the most
relevant and reflected back to me short brief summaries
with the appropriate questions to clarify or lead me to think about
them in such a way to help me.

Mandy opened doors in my life that I didn’t even know
existed. An inspiring and compassionate coach.

‘This was my first session with any kind of therapist and part
of my motivation for embarking upon this was curiosity. I had an
expectation that we might discuss options and goals
in a very intellectual fashion. I was completely blown away
by what did happen… I think Mandy is gifted and this is what she should
always have been doing. Odd how one is
brought to one’s destiny.’
